We can flag unclear scope, exclusions, and terms in a single proposal. A side-by-side comparison requires at least two quotes.
Will you tell me which contractor is best?
We can outline tradeoffs and questions worth asking, but cannot guarantee a contractor's quality, availability or suitability. Price alone doesn't establish value.
How quickly will I receive a report?
This is a manually operated pilot. We will confirm whether your request can be accepted and provide an estimated delivery date rather than promising a fixed turnaround.
